I've been watching an anime called Sound! Euphonium, and WHOO boy it's making me relive my band kid days hardcore. Super good anime, gorgeous animation and awesome music. While I was waiting at the airport for my flight, Ate Wea asked if I could do a short testimony during special feature for Sabbath School. She didn’t really give me the choice to say no, so I ended up coming up with something on the bus ride home the night before. 

Thankfully, Leah was splitting the time up with me kasi I really don’t know what I would’ve talked about for 15 minutes if she didn’t, hehe. It was so good to see her again! Can’t believe that a few months ago we were in Copenhagen together. After we spoke for Sabbath School, we joined the Meisters for the lesson study and then helped collect offering (another assignment from ate Wea LOL)

I stayed at the Meister’s bench for the rest of the church service. I never really thought I would miss going to church at PIC but I did. Even though it’s such a big church, sitting on the pews, listening to the organ/piano and singing the same response hymns as the ones I sang in college... it was like coming home. After church, I took pictures with my friends and finally got to visit Centennial Park.

After all the picture taking, we headed up to Tagaytay for lunch at Dreamland Arts and Crafts Cafe. Loved the decoration. Didn’t love the cold hahaha. It’s ironic because I’m the one from America pero ako ata ung pinaka linalamig dun! The food was amazing, especially the nachos and the fries. 

After all the eating, we still didn’t want to go home, so we decided to stop by Angel Fields-- a wedding reception venue. Sakto there was a wedding reception going to be held there when we visited so we were able to see what it would look like set up. I think I found where I want my reception to be ahahahaha.

When we got back to AUP, I hung out at the Apalat’s for our saturday night cooking night. Ate Aera and I had planned to make peanut-teriyaki tofu, a roasted chicken, and oreo cheesecake cookies for dessert. This was the first time we were baking/cooking in 2 years so huhu I enjoyed every moment of it. One day we’ll both quit our day jobs and start a catering company tiwala lang hahaha. After dinner, we watched The Foreigner, with Jackie Chan. It was okay. Haha. The most important part for me naman was spending time with my friends and today was filled with lots of memories.
